• Management of extensive patient SQL databases, totaling over 11 million records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Leveraged Python to streamline data frame management, resulting in increased efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
• Conducted biostatistical analysis using R, extracting actionable insights that contributed to critical research outcomes.
• Provided comprehensive training and support to researchers, fostering a collaborative and skilled research environment.
Postdoctoral fellow, 2018-2020

I worked with plant DNA analysis. My duties consisted of DNA purification, amplification, and sequence analysis. Specifically, I worked with Larrea divaricata from the Zygophyllaceae family.
Regarding the sequence analysis, I have done phylogenetics with Maximum Likelihood, networks by Median Joining as well as demographic and variance analysis.
Doctoral candidate, 2012-2017
Department of Vegetal Production, University of Buenos Aires. link
I analyzed the molecular and virulence diversity of Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. michiganensis, the causal agent of one of the most important tomato bacterial diseases.
To accomplish this, I used Bayesian analysis to obtain a haplotype dendrogram, as well as ANOVA to compare plants symptoms and Analysis of Molecular variance to compare molecular profiles.
Undergraduate research assistant, 2008-2011

I accomplished a study of the metabolic profile of soil microbiological populations of Argentina´s Yungas using Community-level physiological profiles.
In this investigation, I used Principal Components Analysis and Multivariate Analysis of Variance to compare the utilization of different organic substrates by the microbial soil communities. I analyzed communities from soils under different agricultural use.
