I do statistical analysis of medical data. In order to achieve this I manage databases and construct data frames using SQL, Python and R in a Jupyter environment.

I work with plant DNA analysis. My duties consist on DNA purification, amplification and sequence analysis. Specifically I am working with Larrea divaricata from the Zygophyllaceae family.
