I do statistical analysis of medical data. In order to achieve this I manage databases and construct data frames using SQL, Python and R in a Jupyter environment.
01-2018 to 03-2020, Posdoctoral Fellow CONICET
I worked with plant DNA analysis. I performed data analysis with R software and a variety of Python based software. Also, DNA purification, amplification and sequence analysis.
01-2012 to 04-2017, PhD student University of Buenos Aires
I analyzed the molecular and virulence diversity of the causal agent of one of the most important tomato bacterial diseases. To accomplish this I used R and Arlequin software.
Teaching experience

I have given courses in the area of Plant Genetics, Microbiology, and Human Rights.

Achievements
I recieved a fellowship from the national and research council of Argentina to develope my posdoctoral investigations.
Also I achived two grants in order to achive my PhD from the national and research council of Argentina and the National Agency of Science and Technology Promotion.
